Prayers For Our Children

Spirit of the Living God, The Maker of every good and perfect gift. Thank you for this day. For this is the day that you have made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Thank you God for your loving kindness and tender mercies ….. new mercies renewed each and every day. Thank you for being a faithful God, thank you for being a loving God and for loving us when we didn’t know how to love ourselves. Marvelous are your works and magnificent are your wonders.

THERE IS NONE LIKE YOU! As we gather at the beginning of October, I pray for all of our children as they go back to school. Help us not to leave our schools and teachers to raise our children. We pray for wisdom and discernment to make good decisions and to be great examples for them.

Dispatch your angels that when they walk into these classrooms they don’t walk into them alone this year that there are angels guiding them, protecting them, covering them. Covering them from peer pressure, depression, and low self-esteem.

I pray for each and every family that is represented at Happy Home. That we will walk in your will and in your way. That our lips drip with your anointing and that our hearts and our minds are stayed on you. Give us most gracious Lord singleness of heart that in every word, thought and deed that we may put you first.

Look on those whom the world is dark. Send a ray of light to gladden the lonely and sad hearted the forsaken and forgotten, the sinful and miserable and teach us how to love them with the love you have given to us. Remove any bearer that would keep us from hearing from you on this month.

We ask now that you send your blanket of anointing over our lives. We present our bodies as a living sacrifice and surrender to your will in earth as it is in Heaven.

Help us to see thee more clearly,

Love thee more dearly

And Follow thee more nearly

And it is in the Precious Name of Jesus that I pray, AMEN
